Product Inquiries

Q) Are the fragrance oils you use safe?
A) Yes they are! We source our products from some of the cleanest suppliers in the candle making business. Our scented oils are free from Carcinogens, Mutagens, Reproductive Toxins, Organ Toxins & Acute Toxins.

Q) Do you use essential oils in your fragrances?
A) Yes & No. Depending on the goal scent, we use a blend of essential oils & fragrance oils to create a custom scent. 

Q) What scents are available in the Room Spray?
A) Scent availability can change week to week. You can stay up to date on current scent availability by signing up for our email list.

Q) How do I use a Room Spray?
A) Please shake your room spray well before use. Spray in a sweeping motion throughout the room. This product is water based. Therefore, we suggest to spray away from hard surfaces. Spray at least 6 inches away from fabrics to prevent oversaturation & staining. Our Room Spray is designed to be sprayed directly into the air or on linens/fabrics, scenting the surrounding area. Use it to freshen your home, car, and more! 

Q) How many sprays do you recommend?
A) We recommend that you spray 1 pump for small rooms & 2-3 for medium to large spaces. Or, use as much as you like, until the ancestors tell you "that is enough".

Q) Are the Room Sprays safe on the skin?
A) Our Room Sprays are not tested on skin. They are designed to be sprayed in the air or on linens. Which means you CAN spray you clothes and let the spray dry before wearing the clothing. 

Q) Can the Room Sprays be used on fabrics?
A) Absolutely! These should be safe on fabrics and linens (not recommended for silk, satin or leather). Spray from 6+ inches away to get a soft mist that lands on linens. Be sure to spot test in a small, hidden area to ensure there are no stains or damage.

Q) Are your products safe to use around pets?
A) We use small amounts of fragrance oil & essential oils in our products. Be advised that some pets may have allergies. If you have any concerns please see our ingredients list 🐾 

Q) I can't find the product I am looking for, why is that?
A) You can use the search bar in the top right corner of our website to search for the product you are looking for, by name. If you get no results, this product may be out of stock, or may have been discontinued. You can also always email us for support @ customerservice@shopesbe.com

Q) What can I do with my empty bottle?
A)
 We suggest for you properly dispose of your bottle, as directed by governing officials in your area.

Q) Do you offer samples before purchasing?
A) We do not offer samples, but you can catch us at local flea markets across North Carolina where you can try our Sprays in person (check our Instagram stories for dates & locations). Or you can indulge in a Discovery Set on our site before committing to a larger size bottle.(we offer 10ml size Travel Bottles for you to try, depending on availability).

Ordering
Q) How can I update my shipping address?
A) If you need to make a change to the shipping address, please immediately email customerservice@shopesbe.com with your order number so that we can cancel your order & ask you place the order again.

Q) How can I modify my order
A) If you made the wrong choice regarding an item, we aren’t able to edit orders once they are placed. We would need to cancel and ask you to replace the order. Email us at customerservice@shopesbe.com if that is the case.

Fulfillment Process
Q) How long does it take to get an order processed?
A) Our processing times average to 3 calendar days, and longer during any holiday period/natural disaster. Once an order is ready to ship, confirmation emails containing tracking information are immediately sent. We ask to allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update

Shipping

Q) Where do you ship from?
A) We ship from North Carolina

Q) How long are transit times?
A) Transit time varies based on your delivery address. Typically orders take between 5-7 business days to arrive within the continental US via USPS.


Q) Do you offer international shipping?
A) Yes we do! 

Q) Where is my package — there are no updates?
A) USPS typically needs about 48 hours to update the tracking information for you. You should receive tracking updates as your package moves from one USPS station/site to the next. Please check back.


Q) an I reroute my package?
A) Once a package receives tracking information, we can no longer modify or cancel it. If USPS is not able to make a safe delivery, most likely the package will be returned to us. If this happens, we will reach out to you by email or phone (based your information left on your order). Please email us at: customerservice@shopesbe.com for more information.

Q) My package says it was delivered, yet I don’t have it!
A) USPS may have marked a package delivered, or dropped it off at a neighbor or across the street. Most times carriers need about 48 hours to fix their mistake. We ask to allow sometime for the package to possibly show up late, despite the information on the tracking page. Please email us at customerservice@shopesbe.com and we will help you. 
NOTE: If more than 7 days passes from the last known scan date/update without any update to your tracking, please reach out to us at customerservice@shopesbe.com with your order number so that we can help.


Damaged or Missing Items
Q) My spray(s) arrived damaged, what can I do?
A) Carriers may have mishandled our packages. Please email us your unboxing experience with a couple of photos and send to customerservice@shopesbe.com and then safely discard the broken merchandise. We can issue a one-time replacement free of charge.

Q) I received with the wrong items, what can I do?
A) We do our best to ensure each order is packaged correctly but we are human & in the event we make a mistake during fulfillment, please email us your unboxing experience with a couple of photos and send to customerservice@shopesbe.com and we will make it right.

Q) Help! My Discovery Set has a broken vial.
A) Another rare instance, but we are happy to send out a replacement sample for the broken sample vial. Please email us a photo and your order number at customerservice@shopesbe.com to get started.


Gifting
Q) Can I place a large one-time order (for an event, wedding or corporate gifting)?
A) We would love to prepare a custom order for you. We do ask for 15 days prior notice. Please email customerservice@shopesbe.com for questions about customization & pricing!

Prop 65 Cancer and Reproductive Health Warning:   

The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly referred to as “Proposition 65,” requires entities doing business in California to provide warnings to consumers about significant exposures to chemicals that have been identified by the state to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. In 2016, the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) promulgated new consumer warning regulations that take effect on Aug. 30, 2018 (27 Cal. Code Reg. Section 25600 et seq.). 

There are many naturally occurring chemical components of Essential Oils and  Fragrance Oils that are made with essential oils that fall under the "proposition 65" mandate.
