Cancellations/Returns/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. Before ordering, please see below:

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, same day, please contact SHOP ESBE at customerservice@shopesbe.com. As these are handmade items, there are no cancellations on orders once they have been processed. Unfortunately there are NO exceptions to this rule.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer Refunds or Returns. We {SHOP ESBE} will replace orders that are inaccurate, or deemed defective or damaged (deemed by SHOP ESBE).

If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact our customer service contact within 3 calendar days of delivery date, at customerservice@shopesbe.com.

Lost Package:

If you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us at customerservice@shopesbe.com with your claim number.
